What can i do before the conference?

1. Participate in our “This Is What Leadership Looks Like” photo campaign

We encourage all women on campus to celebrate women's leadership together through our photo campaign. To show your support, simply change your profile picture and show the world what leadership looks like.

To get a customized picture, simply email a photo to events@columbiaspectator.com with your name, school, and class year and we will create one for you. You will also have a chance to be featured (with your permission) in promotional materials and campaigns leading up to the Conference

2. Are you a leader of a student organization?

We encourage all student clubs and organizations to attend CWLC together. In fact, if your campus organization is sending more than five representatives to CWLC, we can offer a special group discount rate.  If you have multiple people interested in our photo campaign, we can also stop by your board meeting to take individual photos.

Email events@columbiaspectator.com for more info.

3. Nominate a leader

Leaders come in all shapes and sizes. Whether they’re blazing a trail on the playing field, in the classroom, or in the boardroom, the world should hear their stories. Nominate a female leader on campus here—whether it’s a student, faculty, or staff member—that you're inspired by to be featured at the Columbia Women’s Leadership Conference on Saturday, October 29th.
